Friday Fabulousness! {morning has broken}
The Zombie arose this week. And by Zombie of course I mean me. And thus, this week after having been so dang sick, everything was FABULOUS.
You know when you finally feel good? And you’re like oh! The breeze is so much cleaner! The stars are so lovely! Oh! Those flats I wanted at Target are now on sale!
I missed you world.
The In-Laws decided to steal The Boss for a bit on Sunday and so TOTT insisted I get up, roll outta bed and drag a comb across my head. Then he popped my weakened lil self in the car and drove me out for brunch and antiquing.
Everyone swoon for TOTT now. Even if flea markets aren’t your thing, the fact that the dude who would sooooooooooooo much rather be drinking a beer and watchign some sports, took his woman out for waffles, lattes and hunting for an antique typwriter and such means he is an A+ stud.
Post that he took me for a little shop in downtown Bethesda. Key-ute.

I promptly fell in love with Lola and wanted to take her home. Her family said no. Can you believe that? Rude.

Meet Lola. Getting cool in the fountain. I miss you Lola.
Puppy Bear + Lola 4 ever.
{Special thanks to Lola’s fam who for some reason though I was funny and not just some freak stalking their King Charles. Ah Lola.}
Also fabulous? Where have you been all my life Germantown Indoor Swim Center ??
Oh yeah, in Germantown. Whatever people! Check this shizz out: The Boss has started swimming lessons and lo and behold slides! kids areas! waterfalls! open year round!!

The Boss is crazy lovin it and we are planning on hitching our wagon to that star all winter. How fun to escape the dreary snowiness for some splashy fun!

Locals, who’s up for a play date?
What was fabulous in your life this week? I wanna know. Have a great weekend everyone!

am having some sort of monster issue commenting on your blog. never fear i will figure it out, but a. you are gorgeous and b the boyfriend/ring thing? highlarious c. i’ll be in savannah in october, got any great local places i should check out?
In the winter we usually go to the Montgomery Aquatic Center in North Bethesda, but the Germantown location looks awesome. Its a little bit of hike, but I think my boys would love it. Thanks for the pictures, we will definitely check it out.
Yeah that’s a little bit of a drive for you, but it’s worth it. they also have a splash playground that is cray! We’re headed there on Sunday for The Boss’ birthday so I’ll post pics next week!
Is that the big outdoor splash park in Germantown? If so we went there for a Birthday Party a few weeks ago. My boys loved it. My 1 year old loved the water and has no fear so I expected him to love it. But my 3 year old doesn’t love getting his head wet, but we was running in and out getting drenched from head to toe. It was a lot of fun.
Hello there! Thanks for hosting. How funny–I host a Fabulous Friday linky party too! You’ll have to come link up.
WATERSLIDES!!!! I would totally drive to Germantown for that place!!
Great pics of Bethesda. I wish Lola could come live at my house, but I don’t think G would approve.
I’m glad you’re feeling better, friend!
those waterslides RAWK! wish we had one of those in new mexico to take my lil bella to – your man does get an A+ and LOLA…o.m.g. what a chubble lil pupples….ADORE-able! been out of pocket the last few weeks and now that i’m back in town trying desperately to “catch up” on work, emails, make a blog post, a mountain of laundry and other domestic “to do’s” – have a glorious day sweet bellas
HOLY INDOOR SWIM CENTER, BATMAN!
Glad you’re feeling better.
And were those flats really on sale at Target, or were you just kidding? Because… whoa… that deserves a party.
That swim center is UH-MAZING! What a GREAT thing to have, especially for the long snowy winter. And really, that just seems ridiculous…snow up to your nipples, traipsing out with your SWIM gear in tow for a little dip. Brain….no compute. But, I’m sure you’ll have a delightful time.
Loved the pics of your little antiquing trip. The shop, the flowers, all of it.
I’d totally have a play date! I live in Frederick I guess about 20-25 minutes from G-Town (see I’m cool like that)
